About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual to join our Faculty Leadership Team as Head of Planning, Compliance and Special Projects. The role covers a wide and dynamic business portfolio and provides high-profile strategic and operational support and leadership across the Faculty, and wider University, to enable its ongoing success and development, achievement of objectives, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidance and reporting requirements. The role works as part of the wider virtual University planning team.
The successful candidate will be able to blend authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership within a large and complex organisational context, working in close partnership with academic and professional services colleagues at all levels to deliver successful and impactful change. You will also be adept in understanding how to use different types of information and data, and able to interpret complex information for a variety of stakeholder audiences.
You will provide leadership to a highly motivated and enthusiastic team, demonstrating a firm commitment to individual and team development alongside a provision of a high quality and responsive service and expert advice to the Vice President and Dean, Director of Faculty Operations and wider Faculty Leadership.
