Job Title              Head of Projects

Salary:                 £65,000 + Benefits

Location:            London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Projects to join a leading hospitality operator at one of their largest London sites.
If you have a wealth of experience in high-volume operations but are looking for more work life balance, then this is the role for you!

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of multiple projects at once, so we are looking for a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
You will create and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans including budget management
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or issues
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive efficiency
• Assess current processes, systems, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of high-volume operations
• Experienced in delivering projects or complex initiatives
• Financially astute
• Proven record of delivering improvement across guest experience and operational efficiency
• Data driven in their approach
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Has an eye on the future!
