As the Head of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation continues to excel in all areas. Your main duties will include:
Driving continuous improvement through quality assurance, training, and development initiatives in collaboration with our dedicated Quality Assurance and Learning Enhancement teams.
Working closely with our Assistant Principals and Directors to establish and maintain internal and external quality assurance processes that align with the requirements of awarding organisations and other external quality standards.
- Collaborating with the Vice Principal of Quality to maintain comprehensive records and reports for all quality processes, including self-assessment, quality improvement plans, quality reviews, and various internal and external quality assurance meetings and visits.
- Partnering with the Head of Quality (Apprenticeships) to conduct stakeholder surveys, analyse results, and disseminate findings to relevant stakeholders.
