Head Of Residential Conveyancer

Due to a period of exciting growth and expansion a Head of Residential Conveyancing is sought for a multi disciplinary North West based legal practice for their Sefton office.
You will be dealing with a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release and will oversee a team of fee earners and assistants. My client is keen to speak to ambitious and experienced Residential Conveyancers who are looking to elevate their career. You will have proven leadership qualities and will be able to hit the ground running.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have previous significant experience working within Residential Conveyancing.
You will be able to lead a team and provide support and feedback.
Good attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and a flexible approach.
Experience with case management systems
Good IT skills
Networking and business development opportunities
