A Head of Reward to:
- Lead on the total reward activity
- Develop strong relationships with the wider business
- Lead on cyclical reward activities as well as key projects, such as benchmarking and the development of a reward scheme
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reward strategy
- Manage the annual salary review process and bonus allocation
- Develop and manage the benefits package to attract and retain talent
- Monitor and report on key reward metrics and trends
- Manage and develop a small team
- Make improvements around benefits, recognition, pay framework, job families and role design
- Provide recommendations for the reward function and streamline processes
- Monitor and report on key reward metrics and trends
- Additional priorities to be discussed
Profile
A successful Head of Reward should have:
- A strong reward background with experience of managing and developing a team
- Experience in leading the development and implementation of Reward strategies
- Higher education or not-for-profit experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence

£72-76,000 per annum
