SalaryThis is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Reward/Share Schemes specialist to join a Top 20 firm as director, there is a clear partner track built in to the business plan for this role. Our client has a growing team and would consider applicants from share plan specialists from accountancy or legal backgrounds. Alongside strong technical skills you will need the ability to get involved in day to day business development. Looking for a ‘game-changer’ someone who can come in and really help with the next stage of development of this practice. Great flexible working too - would consider a 4 day week for the right individual. Client base ranges from multinationals to dynamic OMB's.
