Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Events Manager to lead our sales efforts and oversee event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in sales, and a keen eye for creating seamless and memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure corporate events, weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service throughout the event planning process.
- Event Coordination: Oversee event planning, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators and sales staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
