We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our company as Head of Service, as part of the Customer Service Management Team, on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to Develop, lead and manage the UK Service & Maintenance portfolio as well as the MAN UK GoTo Market Strategy across all channels to achieve set objectives and targets.
This role in field based in the UK and although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing, managing and optimising support and service processes, tools, and systems.
- Ensuring the UK MAN Service Core Process is ‘fit for purpose’ and ‘future proof’, delivering market leading satisfaction and internal efficiencies across the MAN UK Service Network.
- Ensuring key Customer Service Touchpoints are optimised and work to reduce downtime, making sure vehicles and services are reliable and value for money.
- Work with Munich Head Office at every opportunity to share best practise and ensure UK service portfolio is aligned.
- Financial Responsibilities will be include - Service CXi UK target, R&M portfolio revenue & CM1 budget, M24 CTO targets.

Experience/ qualifications required:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in commercial vehicle sales and service environment at least 3 years in a senior national role with a significant strategic element. Experience includes responsibility for service sales.
- Experience in managing budgets and costs
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, internally and externally
- Full driving license
- Valid work permit
