We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Service Delivery to become part of an established business within the Technology Services industry.
As Head of Service Delivery, you will be based out of their offices near Crawley focussing on driving strategy and developing a collaborative, customer-first, environment.
As Head of Service Delivery day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Develop, mentor and coach the various teams within the Service Delivery department.
Set, measure, and communicate the team’s performance.
Develop existing solutions to improve resiliency, availability, and service efficiency.
Ensure that work process is secure and complaint with ISO standards.
To be considered for the role of Head of Service Delivery you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial awareness and experience in running a high intensity service unit.
Extensive understanding of the realities of IT Service Delivery is essential.
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and technology components.
Strong knowledge and experience of deploying and improving Service Management principles and practices.
Relentless commitment and success in relation to the continuous improvement of Services and teams, including operational management and capability development.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with attention to detail
If successful you can expect a salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on the experience you can offer, and a benefits including car allowance, bonus, pension and much more.
