Position: Head of Services
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance
Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Role:
The Head of Services will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by strategically developing and optimising key commercial services. Leading a team of 10 professionals encompassing international trade documentation, training, translations & interpreting, and international trade advice services, the incumbent will also have the opportunity to develop new commercial services in line with the company's purpose and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the mentioned services.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and milestones for progress measurement.

Customer Pathways:

• Analyse customer journeys and implement improvements for the mentioned services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and engaging customer experiences.

Service Offering Development:

• Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine and expand the service portfolio.
• Adapt services to meet evolving demands and stay competitive.

Partnership Building:

• Identify and engage strategic partners to enhance service offerings and extend market reach.
• Manage strategic partnerships for mutual growth and success.

Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute marketing plans aligned with the company's brand and strategy.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven success in developing and implementing commercial strategies driving growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a field related to international trade is desirable but not essential.
