Job Title: Head of Supply Chain
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Are you a forward thinking leader with a passion for optimising Supply Chain operations and developing talent within high performing logistics teams? If so, our client, a renowned food distributor in Lincolnshire is looking for you to join their team as the Head of Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Planning: Lead and oversee all aspects of Supply Chain management, including planning, logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
*3PL Partnerships: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service.
*Team Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
*Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the Supply Chain.
*Environmental Responsibility: Champion sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the environmental footprint and promote eco-friendly operations.

*Proven experience in Supply Chain management, including planning, logistics, distribution, and warehousing.

*Experience in managing 3PL partners and driving process improvements.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
