SalaryAs Head of Client Support you oversee the success of the support function of the global client liaison team. This includes ensuring excellent customer service is upheld across the growing team while continually striving for efficient and streamlined operations that safeguard revenue. Responsibilities include managing the day to day of Support, training new team members onto support, reviewing and implementing new strategies with required support softwares and acting as the first port of call for escalated client issues.
