Head of Tax

This is a great role where you will be joining a talented group of individuals as Head of Tax in a growing practice, where the emphasis is all on the development of staff and being challenged whilst also having fun.

• You will work alongside the Head of Operations, delivering high quality services to our clients and enhancing the development of the department
• You will also ensure that service levels are upheld and improved where possible
• You will build relationships with clients so that you are their "go-to" person
• You will be developing the team and be a role model
• You will be identifying and delivering added value services to the clients and helping them prosper
• You will have a real opportunity to develop your career and take on a lead role in a fast growing department 

So what do you need to gain an interview for this varied and interesting role? 

• You must have 5 years' post qualification experience of working in practice
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• You will be ACA/ACCA qualified
• You'll have managerial experience at a senior level
• You'll love developing relationships
