- Leading and managing the tax department.
- You will build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations.
- Providing in-depth tax advice to clients.
- Ensuring the continuous professional development of the tax team.
- Overseeing the preparation of Tax compliance, advisory and necessary paperwork.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Tax should have:
- An accredited qualification in Taxation or Accounting (CTA, ACA, or ACCA)
- 5 years' post qualified experience within Accountancy Practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
