• You will work alongside the Head of Operations, delivering high quality services to our clients and enhancing the development of the department
• You will work alongside other Heads of Departments to ensure service levels are upheld and improved where possible
• You will build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations, their services and our team to deliver a high quality client satisfaction.
• You will be developing the team and be a role model
• You will be identifying and delivering added value services to the clients to help them prosper.
• You will have the opportunity to develop your career and take on a lead role in a fast growing department.

• You must have a least 5 years’ post qualified experience of working in practice
• You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified
• You’ll have managerial experience at a senior level
• You’ll love developing relationships
• You’ll be tech-savvy, knowledge of CCH would be great
• You’ll have a pro-active approach to tasks whether they are big or small
