Head of Technical/Quality – Food & Drink Manufacturing Business
Location: County Tipperary, Ireland

We are thrilled to partner with a leading food manufacturing business based in County Tipperary. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, our client is seeking an experienced Head of Technical to lead their quality/technical team and set their technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the technical department, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Food Safety teams.
* Develop and implement quality and food safety policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the food and drink industry.
* Manage and mentor a team Of Technical professionals.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive product quality improvements.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
* Implement and maintain HACCP and other food safety systems.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the food and drink manufacturing industry.
* In-depth knowledge of food and drink safety regulations and quality standards.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience working with the major retailers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
* Annual salary of €80,000 to €90,000, depending on the experience and qualifications.
* 10% bonus
* 5% pension contribution

You must be willing to relocate near to site – not stay out during the week and travel.
