Starting salary from £45,737 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £52,841 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of UK Recruitment to join the Recruitment, Outreach and Events department within the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division
You will be responsible for the writing and delivery of the UK student recruitment strategy and providing advice to the Associate Director, Recruitment and Outreach and other senior management on the direction and development of all our student recruitment activities from pre-enquiry through to conversion.
You will also be responsible for the leadership and management of the Recruitment team which consists of approximately twenty colleagues. The team work on a variety of initiatives which include strategic schools and colleges liaison, large scale recruitment and conversion events and virtual recruitment initiatives.
You’ll need to have expertise in student marketing, sales or recruitment and will work closely with our marketing team to deliver integrated plans and activity and collaboratively lead strategic tactic groups through the student journey to achieve objectives.
Using HE sector knowledge and expertise in leading recruitment functions, you will drive innovation and improvement through a range of initiatives, projects and large-scale events.
We are looking for a collaborative and strategic leader with excellent communication skills who can develop successful working relationships with colleagues across the University and contribute to and lead working groups relating to overarching goals.
This full-time post is available from 3 June 2024 on an indefinite basis.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
