SalaryAramark UK is looking to hire a hands on and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.

A day in the life of a Pastry Head Chef:
- Innovation and product development
- Menu planning for seasonal changes and Studio Tour Features, Hospitality and Events
- Managing the pastry team to meet production targets to a high standard in a timely Hires, develops, motivates, supervises and coaches all
- Creating and managing Production plans
- Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
- Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity
- Extensive pastry technical knowledge and current culinary trends
- High level of creativity coupled with high volume
- Extensive experience in managing and developing a team of chefs.
- Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive
- Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2
