Tonic are excited to be recruiting for our client's new restaurant in London, set to open mid-July. This outstanding concept will be one of this year’s most exciting openings and as Head Sommelier you will lead the team to create a superb wine experience. The restaurant will operate at the highest level, offering best in class for food, drink and service, championing the best of British seasonal produce.
What we are looking for in Head Sommelier candidates:

• A minimum of 2 years' Head Sommelier experience
• A true passion for customer service and their journey
• WSET Level 3 qualification
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
