The role will involve all aspects of Nursing as well as the leading the nursing team. It would suit a confident RVN who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience.
We’re proud to be feline friendly, awarded with a Gold Standard Cat-Friendly Clinic Award from the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM).
To support this, our practice has separate cat and dog waiting rooms, wards, consult rooms and isolation areas.
We have a dental suite equipped with dental x-ray, full in-house lab with Idexx analysers. endoscopic and laparoscopic equipment. We also offer rhinoscopy. Digital x-ray and ultrasound.
We have a progressive team of eight vets including our dedicated night team who manage all out of hours for the hospital and surrounding branches.
The team is led by our Branch Partners, Michael and Paolo.
Michael has a certificate in Small Animal Surgery with knowledge and expertise in all aspects of surgery including soft tissue and orthopaedics, radiography, analgesia and rehabilitation following musculoskeletal disorders.
Paolo has nine years’ experience with interests in medicine, ultrasonography, endoscopy and currently working towards his certificate in Internal Medicine.
We have a fantastic nursing / support team with four qualified nurses, five student nurses and dedicated receptionists.
We are in close proximity to London with direct train connections to London Victoria and London Bridge with 25-30minutes journey time so you are close enough to London to enjoy all of what the capital has to offer.
Sutton 24 Hour is situated in a fantastic neighbourhood. Our clients are dedicated to their pets and we are lucky enough to work in a practice where we can thoroughly work-up cases.
