Streatham & Clapham High School (SCHS) seeks an efficient and well-organised PA to provide crucial administrative support to the Head. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the School's operations, enabling the Head to focus on their responsibilities with maximum effectiveness.
A key part of the role will be planning and managing the Head's diary and travel arrangements and dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and sensitivity. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing and processing documents, reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires interaction with various stakeholders, providing a warm welcome while maintaining high professional standards.
The ideal candidate will be able to evidence substantial executive secretarial and administrative experience gained within a complex organisation. They should demonstrate first-class organisational and administrative skills, be calm under pressure and exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications, is expected. A courteous telephone manner and the capability to handle callers and visitors gracefully, even in demanding situations, is also essential.
