Health And Fitness Team Leader

Do you have excellent organisational skills and an enthusiasm for sport and physical activity? Do you have the ability to engage and motivate others? Are you responsive to the needs of customers with a commitment to providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Health and Fitness Team Leader to work alongside our Assistant Operations Manager (Fitness) overseeing the day-to-day management of our fitness facilities. You will be responsible for the provision of safe, clean, and high-quality fitness facilities, ensuring that operational procedures and work practices are adhered to, and excellent customer service is delivered at all times.  You will have significant experience of working in a sport, leisure, or fitness facility in a supervisory capacity and have experience of monitoring high standards of facility presentation, customer experience and service. You will also have relevant Fitness Industry Qualifications such as Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Exercise to Music or other class instruction qualifications. The role is full time, working on a shift basis which will include the requirement for you to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, university closed days and bank holidays.
