Monday to Friday, 40 hour week
Are you NEBOSH certified and from a Health and Safety based role and looking to further develop your career within a market leading manufacturing company, with tailored development plans and scope to progress?
In this role you will work alongside the HSE Business Partner implementing group safety standards across multiple functions, whilst overseeing company compliance within the safety policies. You will work with line managers and department heads identifying areas of risk, and creating action plans to reduce these. You will also investigate all near misses and create an environment of reduced risk.
The company are a market leading security solutions provider who are going through continuous expansion.
This role would suit a NEBOSH certified HSE Adviser, Officer, Manager or similar who is looking to join a stable and expanding company, with scope to progress.
The Role:

• Work alongside HSE Business Partner to implement a Health and Safety strategy, across multiple departments
• Responsible for site compliance with all aspects of HSE
• Liaise with line managers and department heads to create actions plans on risk areas
• Investigate near misses and create a culture of improvement

The Person:

• HSE Adviser, Officer, Manager or similar
• NEBOSH Certified
  Experience with incident investigations
