Description

· Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
· Provide comprehensive safety training to employees, covering emergency procedures and proper equipment usage.
· Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, compiling detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
· Maintain accurate records of all safety inspections and incidents.
· Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
· Promote a culture of safety awareness through workshops and communication materials.

Profile

· Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate record
· Previous experience in a Health and Safety role is advantageous.
· Familiarity with conducting risk assessments and developing safety procedures.
· Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safety awareness.
· Proactive approach to staying updated on industry safety standards and regulations.
