Description
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Provide comprehensive safety training to employees, covering emergency procedures and proper equipment usage.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, compiling detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of all safety inspections and incidents.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness through workshops and communication materials.
Profile
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate record
- Previous experience in a Health and Safety role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with conducting risk assessments and developing safety procedures.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safety awareness.
- Proactive approach to staying updated on industry safety standards and regulations.
