Description
- Implement, monitor, and review Health & Safety protocols within the engineering & manufacturing department.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Develop safety training programs for staff and ensure their effective implementation.
- Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety legislation.
- Collaborate with management to cultivate a safety-conscious workplace culture.
- Provide regular safety performance reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Health & Safety Officer should have:
