Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an appropriately qualified, engaging and enthusiastic healthCare Trainer to join our team on a flexible/bank contract. You will be responsible for providing training to 300+ healthcare colleagues that work across our psychiatric care services in and around Hertfordshire.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to create and deliver engaging and thought-provoking training sessions via different facilitation methods e.g.traditional face to face classroom learning, larger groups via MS Teams or similar, as well as mentoring or refresher sessions on a 1-1 level. Our aim is to ensure that all our staff are confident, happy and well-equipped to perform in their roles, hence we want someone who is passionate about mentoring, motivating and helping employees grow in experience and confidence within their role.
About us
Nouvita Healthcare provides in-patient and residential Health and Social Care services to adults with a range of mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Our range of services encompasses female PICU and acute services at our hospital, 24/7 nursing care, longer-term residential services, and supported living for those taking their final steps toward independent living in the community.
