Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Full-time House Manager who will preferably live in Munich, Germany.
The House Manager will oversee and manage the coordination of the following properties:
Munich, Germany (4,500 sqm): responsible for 2 Housekeepers + 1 Cleaner + 1 Facility Manager/Gardener
Kitzbühel, Austria (1,500 sqm): responsible for 1 Housekeeper + 1 Cleaner
Saint Tropez, France (1,500 sqm): responsible for 1-2 Housekeepers + 1 Cleaner + 1 Facility Manager/Gardener
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of all staff
Implementation of a 5-star standard in all homes
Accounting and cost control
Recruitment
Regular personal check of all residences
Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Essential Requirements:
High willingness to travel
Many years of professional experience as a House Manager in an upscale household / high-class / VIP environment
Excellent references from previous employers
Experience in staff management
Profound cleaning experience of high quality materials (marble, parquet / slate floor etc)
Valid EU passport
Valid drivers licence
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
High level of discretion, reliability, and responsibility
High level of commitment
Flat must be provided by oneself (help in finding is offered)
Nice to have but not necessary:
Cooking skills in low-carb cuisine (especially Asian / Mediterranean cuisine) for occasional events

Annual Salary - €100,000 EUR including bonus
Location: Munich, Germany
Hours: Full-time, availability on certain weekends and public holidays is necessary
Language: Preferably fluent in English and/or German, French if possible
