Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
