Health & Safety Advisor

Health & Safety Advisor | Wolverhampton | Permanent | �60,000 + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety professional to join a Construction company to support on projects across Wolverhampton and Birmingham. The role will involve travel to mulitple sites carrying out site audits. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction or property services.

The role:

* To support the development of a strong Health and Safety focused culture across the project and promote good safety behaviours
* To be an expert in Health and Safety legislation and best practice to assist with compliance and continuous improvement
* To support the development of measurement systems to ensure that Health and Safety performance are accurately monitored
* To liaise with employees, subcontractors and suppliers on Health and Safety matters as required
* Undertake and coordinate site inspections and audits as required
* To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts

The Candidate:

* 2 years plus Health & Safety experience
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
* Tech IOSH minimum
* Must have relevant construction experience
