£35-40,000 plus 8% pension, 25days holiday plus Bank Hols

Office based in Dudley, 8:30 – 4:30 Monday – Friday, hybrid working upto 2 days home working.

If you believe in Health and Safety first, this construction sector H&S job is for you.  Your colleagues will be travelling to different sites every week to fit-out retail interiors for high profile customers.  Based at head office, you will help keep colleagues safe at their construction workplace by compiling pre-construction information packs, and reassuring big retail brands that Health and Safety is a priority and H&S PCI CPP project documentation is compliant with CDM2015.  Health and Safety first. 

£35-40,000 guideline salary negotiable plus 8% pension contribution form employer (plus 2.5% employee), 25 days holiday (5 pre-allocated for xmas shut down so everybody gets a good break) plus bank holidays.  Company bonus.  The company is UK owned and has a strong employee-focus written into policies and procedures.

•Clear job function which is already established:  create and collate pre-construction information packs (PCI), compile and manage the site specific H&S files, ensure construction phase plans (CPP) are in place, ensure documents are in place before work starts on site.

•The company has frameworks agreements in place with professional customers, so usually there is plenty of time in advance of work starting on site, and a lot of the job packs are almost a carbon copy of the construction fit-out works to be carried out as part of a package of work at a number of customers’ outlets.
