Principal People are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a HSQE Advisor to join a dynamic Infrastructure company. Working in a hybrid format, you will cover sites across the North and North East of England and have the opportunity to work within an experienced and pro active HSQE team in a business which promotes a positive Health and Safety culture.With offices across the North & North East this flexible business has an outstanding HSQE record and is seeking to strengthen their team to maintain excellent standards across Health, Safety, Environment & Quality. This existing opportunity lends itself well to a professional who is experienced, passionate and has an ability to communicate concisely to site teams and clients. The business intrusts its employees to hold autonomy and work on a multi-site, hybrid basis, planning your day to day as you see fit.
Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Advisor - £45,000 - £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Mileage – 15% Pension – 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays - REF: 611811
Key responsibilities of this Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Advisor include:
- Conducting site audits
- Work closely with all stakeholders
- Building relationships on site
- Assisting with Management Systems
- Delivering training and mentoring
- Delivering Toolbox talks
- Attending site and office meetings
- Liaising regularly with site teams
- Carrying out Accident Investigations
- Delivering Training
- Experience in Infrastructure or Construction Industry
- Record of stability in career to date
- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
- Full UK Driver’s License
- 2+ Years experience in Infrastructure HSQE
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Continuing Professional Development
- NRSWA
- Member of IOSH
- Kelvin TOP SET
- Lead Auditor Qualifications
