On target earnings of £100,000 + and potential path to directorship and equity for the right candidate.

You'll be joining an agile, rapidly growing and highly regarded SME specialising in the sale of care businesses. Over the past five years, the group have built an exceptional brand reputation and developed an incredible client base. Their mission is to facilitate smooth, profitable transactions for their clients, helping them to successfully buy, build and sell exceptional healthcare businesses. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare business owners and potential buyers.
• Network and build trust-based relationships with high net worth individuals looking to enter the sector, existing successful operators, and large commercial groups.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care sector.
• Generate new business with a focus on long-term relationship building rather than transactional quick wins.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients looking to buy or sell healthcare businesses.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, insights and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and transaction success.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of £50,000 per annum.
• Uncapped earning potential with on-target earnings (OTE) of £100,000.

• Proven experience in high-value commercial sales, preferably within the healthcare or commercial property sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Entrepreneurial mindset & commercial acumen coupled with exceptional relationship building skills.

• Ability to build and nurture trust-based relationships with entrepreneurs and executive teams looking to exit their healthcare businesses and those looking to build their existing portfolio.

• Expertise in business generation with a genuine focus on long-term relationship building.
