Heldpesk Admin / FM Required

Monday to Friday, 9-5 (36hrs per week)

Based in HA9 (8min walk from Wembley park station, 20min walk from Wembley central station)

Starting - ASAP

Duration - 3 months minimum

Paying - £18.00ph via umbrella

Job Purpose:

1. Provide a professional customer-focused Helpdesk to client stakeholders, using the FM

software to receive and process email and telephone requests for FM support.

2. Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by

providing FM support services to stakeholders across the estate eg access control, car park administration and locker administration.
