My client is the shared service centre of a global media business with offices in London. Growth see's them recruiting for a Help Desk Specialist.
The Role:
As the Instruction Manual for their agency, you will empower users to work seamlessly by addressing their technical needs, ranging from iPhones and printers to video conferencing equipment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Determining the best course of action for technical issues, handling day-to-day administration of company assets,
- Configuring devices, and managing accounts for new starters and leavers.
- Introducing new staff to agency systems, procedures, and software, contributing to the success of new company initiatives.
Your Profile:
To apply for this role you will have a few years experience working in a similar role with strong knowledge of Apple Mac and iOS hardware and software. Knowledge of video conferencing will be also helpful. You will be familiar with Adobe Creative apps, Apple iWorks, and Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills are essential. as well as a passion for technology!
Salary & Location:
£40,000 - + excellent benefits
