Job description
Our client in an Oxford hospital is looking for a full time Helpdesk admin to join their team. The helpdesk team are a vital part of the day to day running of the hospital. They are responsible for managing all incoming calls from internal departments within the hospital. At times calls could be time sensitive, so you are required to work well under pressure. We are looking for candidates who are clear and precise on the phone - so a good telephone manner is imperative.
Training will be provided.
Candidates must be able to read and write in English and must be able to type with accuracy.
Specific duties:
- Receive and process customer requests in a timely manner, monitoring all requests to completion of work in accordance with the service level specification
- Ensure the relevant information is accurately logged in to the computer aided facilities management system
- Provide callers/departments with task numbers
- Regularly review logged calls on the database to monitor progress
- Ensure information on completed and partially completed tasks are entered in to the database accurately
- Responsible for passing on instructions to facilities staff
- Support the co-ordinated response to emergencies in a timely and professional manner

- Understanding of and ability to deliver good customer service
- Good written and verbal communication
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Hours:
Candidates must be fully flexible as you will be working on the following example three week rotating shift:
Week 1:
Mon 9am-5pm
Tue 12pm-8pm
Wed DAY OFF
Thur DAY OFF
Fri 1pm 9pm
Sat 12pm 8pm
Sun 12pm 8pm
Week 2:

Pay Rate:
- GBP12.18 per hour.
