We are a large Construction/Facilities Management provider in the UK, and we're looking for a passionate Helpdesk Administrator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving their facilities-related queries.

What you'll do:

• To administer scheduled and reactive work ordes ensuring response and completion within timeframes.
• Update the in house CAFM system to ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Accurate inputting of infromation into the Cafm system
• Liaise directly with engineers and sub-contractors

What you'll bring:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
