Helpdesk Administrator

We are a large Construction/Facilities Management provider in the UK, and we're looking for a passionate Helpdesk Administrator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving their facilities-related queries.
What you'll do:
- To administer scheduled and reactive work ordes ensuring response and completion within timeframes.
- Update the in house CAFM system to ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Accurate inputting of infromation into the Cafm system
- Liaise directly with engineers and sub-contractors
What you'll bring:

- Good written and verbal communication abilities
