As a Repairs Team Leader, your purpose will be:
- To lead the provision of an innovative and effective administrative team, ensuring all resources are effectively assigned.
- To liaise with internal and external operational teams to ensure service delivery, working collaboratively to meet operational needs.
- To monitor key performance indicators relating to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Performance.
- To ensure that citizen processes and procedures are adhered to and comply with statutory guidance
- To ensure customer service is to a high standard and investigate any queries as needed
As a Repairs Team Leader, you should have previous experience in:
- Maintenance or compliance background
- Performance or team management
- Data analysis or reporting
