Are you a from a Surveying / Heritage Properties Project Management background looking for an autonomous and dynamic role where you will be directly responsible for Property Projects within the King's residences within a role offering the opportunity to work on some of the world's most recognisable buildings?

Based in Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, St James Palace and Kensington Palace, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are managed successfully and for making sure work is planned and delivered accordingly.
This will include: planning; preparation of specifications, schedules of work and simple working drawings; liaison with different departments and contractors; supervision through to completion and varied compliance based responsibilities.
This role would suit Property Project Manager / Surveyor experienced in managing projects across Residential / Heritage Properties. On a day-to-day basis you will undertake end-to-end management of projects varying in scope and scale- working within globally recognisable buildings.
The Role:
* Oversee varying projects across 4 sites
* Surveying responsibilities
* Manage stakeholder relationships
* Liaise closely with Property Section colleagues to ensure that work is appropriately co-ordinated
* 37.5 hour week (Flexible start / finish times)- some hybrid work opportunities
* Oversee Contracts
The Person:
* Surveyor / Project Manager or similar
* Heritage Properties background
* Looking to work in Royal Residences
