Challenge-trg Recruitment is recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers with Moffett licence for our client based in Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4XW.
We are recruiting to cover Monday to Friday shift patterns for telephone communication deliveries and trunking. There are various start times available.
Your pay rate as a HGV Class 1 Driver:
Days: £17.33 per hour | Nights: £23.05 per hour
Your job role as a HGV Class 1 Driver:
- This will be a mix of trunking and telephone communication sites.
- Although the majority of the Class 1 work will be trunking you must also understand there will be an element of class 2 work involved as and when required (still paying Class 1 rate).
- You will be required to use a hand held scanning terminal to scan labels on cages, pallets etc – training will be given.
- There will be an element of hand balling on some items on the class 2 work mixture of pallets, cages and boxes.
- There will be a full days assessment you will be required to attend.
- Experience of moffatt would be advantageous
What the HGV Class 1 Driver can expect:
- Weekly Pay
- Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours

What are your requirements as an HGV Class 1 Driver:
- A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 2 years required
- A valid Drivers CPC Card A digital tachograph card
- A full understanding of WTD legislation Reliable and excellent time keeping
- Flexible with start times & working days
