Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team and contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.

Position Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and age groups. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a strong educational background and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners.
2. Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
3. Leading and managing classroom activities under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
4. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
5. Collaborating with teachers and other educational professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
7. Encouraging student engagement and participation in class activities.

Qualifications:

1. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
3. Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
6. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
