We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent psychology graduates to contribute to the academic success and personal development of students while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist Classroom Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to support classroom instruction, providing assistance in implementing lesson plans and facilitating student engagement.
One-on-One Support: Work closely with students, providing individualised support.
Grading and Feedback: Assist in providing constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
Create Learning Materials: Develop and create supplementary learning materials, presentations, and activities to enhance the learning experience.
Student Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and resource for students, offering guidance on academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience with children
- Strong communication skills
- patience, adaptability and a positive attitude
- Preferred driving license
