Working Hours: The role will require a minimum 4 hour shifts of 12 hours 8am to 8pm and will include weekends on a rota.
Hourly Rates: £15.00 to £16.83 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Overview: As a Female Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding and holistic care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves assisting those who require support due to aging, illness, and/or disabilities, ensuring they can maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Personal Care
· Hair care
· Pressure sore care
· Medication administration
· Meal preparation and snack provision
· General bed making and cleaning duties
As a Female Care Assistant you are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, participate in training programs, and operate manual handling equipment safely. Health and safety, as well as confidentiality, are paramount in carrying out your duties.
Requirements:
1. Full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
2. Compassion and empathy for the elderly and vulnerable.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous care experience is essential however additional training support can be funded through our academy.
6. Complex Moving and handling experience
7. G-PEG – medication administration J-PEG – feed, PEG site care training
8. Epilepsy with Buccal administration training
9. Peristeen bowel care, certification.
10. Sleep system trained.
