Key Responsibilities:
* Senior management responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of our clients care services.
* Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective homecare within budget.
* Provide strong leadership to ensure staff are clear about their duties and responsibilities.
* Manage regulatory compliance and implement quality management systems.
* Promote the rights of each customer and maintain a safeguarding culture.
* Lead and manage staff, providing support, supervision, and training as needed.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager in the Care sector.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer-centric care.
* Knowledge of legislative requirements and national standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage relationships and drive business growth.
