Meridian Business Support are working with an established National Private Healthcare Provider client who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead a medium sized Nursing Home based in Christchurch.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Private Healthcare providers in the UK as a Home Manager. The home is a purpose built facility, offering state of the art, luxury services to up to 60 residents. They provide around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs.

Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award. Although none nurse managers with the right background will be considered.
- From a strong background in elderly care, ideally having previous experience as CQC Registered Manager or Deputy Manager of a UK nursing home
- Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
- Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
