Home Manager

Are you an experienced Home Manager seeking a new job in Newcastle? Our client is looking for a full-time Home Manager, to manage a large residential home near Newcastle and the role comes with a salary of 55,000 and an excellent benefits package, plus up to 20% Bonus.
As a Home Manager, you will work for a small provider who operate care services across the North, as a manager you will manage and coordinate day-to-day activities within a large residential service. You will also lead and manage staff teams and individuals to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships.
As a Home Manager in a home, you can expect to:

• Ensure good practice within services.
• Lead and Manage staff teams and individuals.
• Embed high standards of care and value-based culture.
• To establish and maintain effective communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with Professionals within the Home

To apply for this Home Manager role, you will need at least two years of home management experience within a similar residential care setting.

• Experience of CQC compliance
• Evidence of Good CQC Inspections
• The ability to show respect and inspire trust.
• An NVQ Level 5
