Job Overview
Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with a well established family run private care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and residential care with dementia care for elderly residents. As the Home Manager for the service, you will be supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager along with a strong clinical team within the home.
Salary
Between £45-55k per annum plus potential bonuses
Candidate requirements
- To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager OR Deputy Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
- You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
- As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
- Open to NON nurse applications
- Open to an ambitious Deputy Managers stepping up.
Location
This role is based in the Lincoln area and is commutable from Boston, Gainsborough, Newark on Trent and Sleaford.
