Salary Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £55,000 - £56,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent employee benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Supernumerary hours (Mon - Fri)
Time Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Registered Home Manager for a prestigious, small, bedded nursing home in Burton-on-Trent. The home is part of a small, leading care provider in the Midlands with a range of luxurious homes and known for their highest quality of care they provide.
The home offers tailored nursing, residential, palliative & dementia care to a small number of residents.
With a refined senior support system and a GOOD CQC rating, you will have the opportunity to develop your career to the next level. The home has a dedicated team with a friendly and welcoming environment!
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home and ensure all residents receive the best care. You will be working towards improving and maintaining CQC regulations in the home and supporting and motivating staff.

Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:
* Experience managing a nursing home
* Nurse qualified
