Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 pa
Healthcare Partnerships is collaborating with a leading provider of residential and dementia care in the Midlands. We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Manager to join a residential home based in Nottingham.
About the Role:
As the Home Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a compassionate and enriching living experience for residents. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering person-centered care and fostering a sense of community and belonging within the care home. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest quality of life for residents while ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment for team members. You will provide enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives for residents, supported by a caring and compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of person-centered care

Requirements:
- Previous Home Management experience
- NVQ 5 in Direct Care
- Previous management experience in a 60+ bedded home
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential and dementia setting
- Own car required (business miles paid)
